Pipefitter

Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain pipes and pipe systems
- Cut, and weld pipes using various tools and techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine pipe layouts
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of pipes
- Test pipe systems for leaks and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar role
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for pipefitting tasks
- Knowledge in pipe fitting procedures.
- Strong welding skills for joining pipes together
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A TRAVELING POSITION. WHICH MEANS YOU WILL BE TRAVELING TO AND FROM JOBSITES. WITH THIS TRAVELING POSITION THE SCHEDULE WOULD EITHER BE 10 DAYS ON AND 4 DAYS OFF OR 9 DAYS ON AND 5 DAYS OFF. THERE WILL ALSO BE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOCAL WORK AS WELL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
