Piping Draftsman / Designer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Project Location(s): Lahore, Pakistan (1st Priority) Karachi (2nd Priority)

Education: DAE + Drafting Cerrtification preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret piping specifications, P&IDs, and other engineering documents.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure design accuracy.
• Develop and maintain piping drawing templates and standards.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Update drawings based on design changes and revisions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a DAE + Drafting Certification (preferred).
• Must have at least 8 years of experience in piping drafting/designing. In Oil & Gas / EPC / Fertilizer / Chemical / Construction industry.
• Must be proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D, etc.).
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with the use of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Must have familiarity with industry standards (ASME, API, etc.).
• The ideal candidate must portray strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be skilled in creating 2D and 3D piping drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
• The ideal candidate must interpret piping specifications, P&IDs, and other engineering documents.
