JOB VACANCY: PIPING FOREMAN

Location: Project Site – Qatar

Job Summary

We are a specialized subcontractor engaged in an Oil & Gas project under a main EPC contractor. We are seeking experienced Piping Foremen to supervise and execute piping fabrication and installation works within our subcontract scope, in compliance with project drawings, specifications, quality, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute piping fabrication, erection, fit-up, and installation works
• Interpret and work as per isometric drawings, P&IDs, and layout drawings
• Allocate daily tasks to piping crews and monitor productivity
• Coordinate with:
• EPC piping supervisors
• Welding teams
• QA/QC inspectors
• HSE officers
• Ensure work is executed as per:
• Approved method statements and ITPs
• Project quality standards
• PTW and HSE requirements
• Support activities related to:
• Hydrotesting and pneumatic testing
• Flushing, reinstatement, and punch list clearance
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Piping Supervisor / Construction Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5-15 years experience in piping works on Oil & Gas / industrial projects
• Proven experience as Piping Foreman
• Strong knowledge of:
• Carbon steel & alloy steel piping
• Fabrication and erection practices
• Pipe support installation
• Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) system and toolbox talks
• Ability to manage manpower and work under site pressure
• Gulf experience (Qatar / UAE / KSA) is an advantage

• PTW / Job Supervisor training
• Work at Height
• Confined Space Entry
• Fire Fighting & First Aid
