Pit Crew Member - Meat Cutter / Cashier / Customer Service Star

We're a Dickey's BBQ franchise in the DFW area looking for someone with a BIG personality and genuine love for people. What You'll Do

This is a dual-role position - you'll split your time between our pit/meat station and the front counter:

Pit & Meat Duties:

• Prepare and smoke meats following Dickey's standards
• Cut meats at the block with precision and care
• Bear and stage food for service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area

Front Counter & Cashier Duties:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Serve side dishes and assemble dine-in and to-go orders
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Handle cash, make change, and process payments confidently

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding personality and customer service - this is non-negotiable
• Comfortable talking to and engaging with a wide range of customers
• Ability to handle both back-of-house and front-of-house tasks
• Basic math and comfort with POS/register technology
• BBQ or food service experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
