Job Overview
pit master, smoked meat and a skilled Meat Cutter to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with a focus on quality and safety. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing brisket,beef ribs and sausage and various cuts of meat for our menu while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cut various types of meat according to specifications for menu items.
  • Ensure all meat products are handled and stored safely, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking meat supplies and placing orders as needed.
  • Provide support in meal preparation and cooking as required by the kitchen team.
  • Utilize knife skills effectively to ensure precision in cutting and presentation of meat products.

Experience

  • 5 years experience .
  • Strong background in BBQ preparation, cooking brisket and ribs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
