Every day, you’ll get exposure to our athletes – both remotely and in-person – and will use your camera & video editing skills to educate our audience, capture the energy of the training facility, tell athlete stories, and continue our push to make Tread Athletics the top online resource for baseball development.

This is the perfect fit for someone with baseball experience who also enjoys working a camera, using video editing software (Final Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.), and building audiences on social media.

Responsibilities

  • Content ideation, filming, and production
  • Video editing and posting across platforms (subtitles, copy, thumbnails, etc.)

  • Operate social media scheduling platforms (Later, OneUp, etc.)
  • Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content
  • Stay up to date with trends in baseball player development
  • Community management (comments, DMs, etc.)
  • Perform background research as needed
  • Assisting in other projects & tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience playing baseball at the high school level or above
  • Strong understanding of baseball development, especially pitching mechanics
  • Familiarity with the baseball development industry and technology a plus (Rapsodo, Trackman, Edgertronic, etc.)
  • Proficient with video editing software (Final Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Proficient in videography and photography
  • Experience running social media accounts a plus
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You’ll be asked to do some of the best work of your life and your dynamic personality and energetic, do-what-it-takes spirit will set you apart.

If you can do those things well, it sounds like you might’ve found the role you’ve been looking for.
