Pizza Chef-KSA Based ( All Nationalities)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pizza Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preparing high-quality pizzas, doughs, sauces, and related items that align with local market preferences and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio of previous work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of pizzas and related menu items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.
• Develop new pizza concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pizza products.
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to approved recipes and production plans.
• Manage daily pizza kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
• Ensure all equipment, ovens, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with hands-on experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends in KSA.
• Experience with different pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, Roman, artisan, or commercial pizza concepts) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in flavor development and presentation.

Portfolio Requirement

• Applicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Portfolio may include high-quality photos, menus, concept work, or signature pizza creations.
• Experience working with pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, or pizza brands in KSA is highly preferred.
