- Dough Mastery: Prepare, proof, stretch, and shape pizza dough daily to our exact specifications.
- Topping & Assembly: Expertly sauce, cheese, and top pizzas according to recipes and custom orders with attention to detail and portion control.
- Oven Operations: Skillfully manage oven temperatures (deck, wood-fired, or conveyor) to bake pizzas to perfection, achieving the ideal crust and finish.
- Quality Control: Inspect all ingredients for freshness and ensure every pizza meets our standards for taste, appearance, and quality before serving.
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pizza station. Manage prep lists for dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth service.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo, or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant. [Specify if you’re open to: We are also willing to train a motivated cook with a strong desire to learn the art of pizza-making].
- Skills:
- Proficiency in dough handling, stretching, and baking.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

- Certifications: Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one promptly).
