Key Responsibilities:

• Manage placement operations with insurers for assigned units.
• Generate quotes through insurance portals and send RFQs to insurers.
• Coordinate with insurers for follow-ups and handle escalations.
• Assist Sales and BDM teams with placement-related requests.
• Analyze placement data and provide insights for decision making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers.
• Keep Sales/BDM teams motivated and aligned with placement goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in insurance brokerage or placement operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with insurance portals and RFQ processes.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
