An established firm based in Fairfax with over 15 years in practice is seeking a
Trial Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience
to join their team in-office. Thi
s Attorney
will have experience with
personal injury litigation
, ensuring compliance with
Virginia
law while representing plaintiffs in trials, hearings, and negotiations.
Offer
Base salary of $120,000-$125,000 depending on experience, with potential to earn above this range

Qualifications
3-5 years of litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury law
Trial And Deposition Experience Preferred
Licensed to practice in Virginia and in good standing
Strong advocacy, case management, and client communication skills
Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution or trial
Drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial documents
Appearing in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials
Advising clients on case strategy, legal risks, and settlement options
Collaborating with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation
