Job Purpose:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities across multiple disciplines to ensure efficient facility operations. The role involves managing service requests, allocating resources, liaising with operations teams, and ensuring maintenance work is completed on time and in compliance with company standards and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service requests are within company scope and properly reported.
  • Plan and schedule corrective maintenance via CAFM across multiple disciplines.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources, labor, parts, and tools.
  • Assign tasks to work groups within set timeframes.
  • Act as liaison between maintenance control and operations teams.
  • Follow up on pending or incomplete work to meet SLAs.
  • Provide periodic maintenance reports.
  • Respond to requests and perform tasks within the area of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning within FM or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure tasks are scheduled and completed within SLA timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Excel strong advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
