Planner, PDS Projects

Develop detailed construction schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)

Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to establish realistic timelines

Maintain and update project schedules throughout construction lifecycle

Collaborate with design teams, procurement, and field operations to ensure schedule alignment

Track project progress against baseline schedules

Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

3-5 years of construction planning experience

Experience with commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel

Familiarity with BIM software (Navisworks, Revit) preferred

Understanding of construction methods and sequencing

Knowledge of CPM scheduling principles
