• Graduate Engineer.

Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a leading food or FMCG business is preferable.

• Translate from Demand forecast into supply plan of finished products
• Ensure optimum inventory level.
• MRP and Pipeline management with near to zero write off
• Plans, schedules stocks of production components and finished products to meet sales demand
• Builds plans for use by Production Department to ensure efficient production runs
• Takes part in new product development projects and carries out all logistical activities regarding NPD
• Assists Manager Plan in supply chain projects and new products development project - IPM
• Delivery of product for sales according to agreed OPM / CP numbers
• Materials management for effective control of inventories and working capital. Coordinates with warehouse resources to ensure all the required raw materials are available; controls inventories and working capital
• Job requirement is to do all sorts of Medium term and short-term Capacity Planning
• Establish effective operational practices and processes. Should participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Replenishment model for Dairy business supporting high service level and optimized stock levels at distributor end ensuring freshness of product with positive ROI of customer.
• Ensuring optimized ordering to avoid any write-off because of planning errors.
• Vendors responsible for Packaging material especially. Purpose of which is to align scheduling with them 3P Manufacturing – in case of any need like toll manufacturing etc.
