Location: Remote (Possible preference to DC Candidates)

Planning Analyst

  • Program Tracking & Data Management: Experience developing and maintaining tracking systems, data repositories, and documentation frameworks to support program oversight, including monitoring status of submissions, actions, and compliance activities.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support: Experience supporting federal or regulatory compliance programs, including tracking and reviewing submissions, monitoring corrective actions, and ensuring alignment with policy and program requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Correspondence Support: Ability to support formal correspondence, engagement tracking, and communication workflows with stakeholders, including federal, state, and local entities. Experience maintaining correspondence logs, tracking responses, and supporting escalation processes is highly desired.
  • Reporting & Program Analysis: Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive briefings that provide actionable insights, track performance, and support program decision-making.
  • Business Process Analysis & Improvement: Experience analyzing and improving business processes, workflows, and operational controls to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Financial & Program Management Support: Ability to support budget tracking, financial analysis, and resource planning, including monitoring funding allocations and supporting program control functions.
  • Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required; experience with Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Federal Experience: Experience supporting U.S. Federal programs, particularly those involving data tracking, reporting, compliance, or stakeholder coordination, is highly preferred
