Planning and Cost Control Engineer

Job Description:

Under broad direction Planning and control engineer is responsible

planning/scheduling & regular tracking of project activities.

Under guidance of planning and control manager, planning enginee

will coordinate with all disciplines i.e. Subsurface, drilling and

workover, surface facilities team to collect and prepare integrated

schedule.

Preparation of planning package which will consists of WBS, CBS,

activity charts, schedule development in primavera/MS project

software, schedule tracking charts, S curves for projects etc.

Regular updating of dashboard for project progress, s Curves, Mon

reports, lookahead schedule etc. Responsible for the Controls funct

on a project or department.

Responsible for the implementation of project control best practice

and development of direct reports. Resources allocation, tracking,

control.

This job will liaise with accounting, finance, and technical areas to

serve as a constant advisor regarding asset value optimization

strategies, plan execution, and periodic project plan review.

Macro-level knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry is requ

to properly understand the fundamentals affecting the project.

Eligibility

· Bachelors of Engineer (preferably Mech)

· Minimum 7 to 10 years in Oil / Upstream / Midstream / Downstream petrochemicals
