Role Purpose

The Sr.Planning Engineer is accountable for preparing & initiate P&FM budget & projects plans across the department as following :

• Creation of business cases, financial planning and modelling for the P&FM &reporting financial strength and operating efficiency.
• Support in preparing and initiate department strategy & Liaise with Vodafone Group for best practices in business
• Follow up, develop & maintain the Projects planning to ensure P&FM projects success.

Expatriate Housing, Office Spaces, Retail Stores, Warehouses, Workshops, Garages/Parking Areas, Buildings and Lands. Also liaising with property owners, agents, brokers, governmental entities and solicitors as well as VFE stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the property portfolio.

Role Profile

• Budget Management & Cost Control (monitoring & reporting the delivering within agreed budgets, ensuring spend is prioritised across teams in response to any budget adjustments)
• Contracts Management (initiate and prepare Property operation contracts)
• Projects planning & Reporting (Coordinate, monitor and reporting the projects planning to ensure projects delivery within time )

Ensures that all property acquisition, permits and construction activities adhere with latest/up-to-date Property strategies, legislations and guidelines; risk-free. Mitigate risk when necessary.

• Programme management skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Engineering, Planning and Project management Background.
• PC Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS project and Primavera
