Planning and Dispatch Coordinator

Job Title: Capacity Planning & Dispatch Coordinator ( WITRON Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Capacity Planning & Dispatch Coordinator with WITRON ERP experience to ensure optimal utilization of machine capacity, manpower, and resources. The role focuses on analyzing workloads, preventing bottlenecks, and aligning production capacity with order demand, while also ensuring timely dispatch in coordination with logistics and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Capacity Planning

• Develop daily and weekly capacity plans based on order intake, machine capability, and available manpower
• Analyze machine loading and capacity utilization to identify and prevent bottlenecks
• Balance workloads across machines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Evaluate production capacity vs. demand and highlight constraints in advance
• Monitor actual vs. planned output and adjust capacity allocation accordingly
• Work closely with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure optimal machine utilization
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify capacity-related delays

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and schedule dispatches in line with confirmed capacity and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with transport/logistics teams for vehicle allocation and route planning
• Review sales orders and confirm realistic delivery commitments based on capacity
• Communicate order status, delays, or constraints to sales and customer service teams

Order Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain an accurate order and capacity tracking system
• Provide regular reports on capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and throughput

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in capacity planning, production coordination, or logistics
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of WIRON ERP is mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: From AED160.00 per day
