Planning and Logistics Analyst
Responsibility
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 to 4 years of experience in supervisory, logistics, inventory, or planning functions.
Experience using management systems such as SAP and basic knowledge of import platforms like SURI (preferred).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve problems in an operational environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to work effectively with suppliers, distribution centers, and internal teams.
Basic understanding of logistics, inventory, and import processes.
Basic knowledge of transportation methods and associated logistics costs.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems.
Ability to work with management systems such as SAP and Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
Clear and professional communication skills when interacting with suppliers, distribution centers, and internal teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Proactive mindset to anticipate needs, follow up, and recommend improvements.
Ability to monitor the performance of suppliers, processes, and logistics partners, taking corrective action when necessary.
Ability to maintain organized records and meet established deadlines.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
