: The Planning and Performance Analyst is responsible for formulating, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to ensure strategic alignment with the company functions
Key responsibilities:

Provide support with development & implementation of KPIs.

Data collection and run analysis for performance data.

Conduct root cause analysis when performance criteria is not met.

Collaborate with different teams on formulation and implementations of performance optimization strategies.

Collaborate with different teams on initiative delivery by monitoring and reviewing initiatives performance and provide insights to guide teams to meet their goals and objectives.

Develop required processes, dashboards, reports, and guidelines as required.
-
Ensure all activities adhere to company standards.

Be the champion for KPIs dashboard company wide.

Manage and maintain data quality.
Skills:
-
Analytical skills – familiar with data collection, cleansing, and analysis.

Familiar with analytical tools such as excel, python ,...etc.

Expert in Power BI, Tableau,...etc.
-
Familiar with data engineering aspects.
-
Generating reports with insights based on the collected data.
-
Ability to work across all teams by articulating complex concepts.

Problem-solving forward with willingness to learn and expand beyond usual scope.

Qualification:
-
Bachelor degree in Information technology, Finance, business administration, computer information system or similar field.
-
0-2 years of experience in similar field.
