Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop, maintain, and update detailed master schedules using Primavera P6
- Define activities, logic links, critical paths, and milestones.
2. Progress Monitoring & Control
-
Track actual progress versus the baseline schedule on regular basis.
- Prepare performance reports including S-curves, histograms, earned value reports, and lookahead schedules.
- Analyze schedule variances and delays, and recommend recovery or acceleration plans.
3. Coordination & Communications

Coordinate with development, commercial, project management and handover departments.
- Participate in progress meetings and present schedule updates, risks, and forecasts.
4. Risk & Impact Analysis

Identify schedule risks and assess their impact on project timelines.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare time impact assessments (TIA) when required.
- Propose preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of schedule revisions, baseline updates, and progress records.
Ensure compliance with internal planning standards and project requirements
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in project planning.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel.
- Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
- Strong understanding of master scheduling for different developments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
