Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
-
Develop, maintain, and update detailed master schedules using Primavera P6
- Define activities, logic links, critical paths, and milestones.
2. Progress Monitoring & Control
-
Track actual progress versus the baseline schedule on regular basis.

Prepare performance reports including S-curves, histograms, earned value reports, and lookahead schedules.

Analyze schedule variances and delays, and recommend recovery or acceleration plans.
3. Coordination & Communications
-
Coordinate with development, commercial, project management and handover departments.

Participate in progress meetings and present schedule updates, risks, and forecasts.
4. Risk & Impact Analysis
-
Identify schedule risks and assess their impact on project timelines.
-
Conduct delay analysis and prepare time impact assessments (TIA) when required.
-
Propose preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for management.
-
Maintain proper documentation of schedule revisions, baseline updates, and progress records.
Ensure compliance with internal planning standards and project requirements
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering, or related field.

8–10 years of experience in project planning.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel.

Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.

Strong understanding of master scheduling for different developments.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
-
Fluency in English (written & spoken).
