Planning & Billing Engineer

Billing engineers maintain and balance the income generation and advancement of any project at the sites by observing the work from the workplace itself. Reporting Person is Sr. Engineer.

Various Roles of Billing Engineer

· Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings

· Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender

· Prepare & process subcontractor bills

· To take the measurement from the site engineer

· To get work done as per the protocol of the company

· To follow up on the accounts department for payment

· Review the quantities item listed

· Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

· Checking measurements

· Bill certification

· Should be good in MS Excel and MS Word

· Preparing Reconciliation Statements, Project Progress Report etc.

· Knowledge of IS codes and its standards, mode of measurements, quantity execution

· Preparation of bar chart in MS Projects- plus

· Knowledge of handling billing requirements of clients/govt offices as well as private offices

· Ready to work independently and travel/site handling.

ELIGIBILITY -

1. Bachelor degree in construction management / civil engineering

2. Master degree – maximum

3. Practical experience of 3-5 years in project planning, billing, cost management, quantity surveying, payment process and related roles - plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
