Planning & Coordination Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning & Coordination Engineer with a minimum of 2–3 years of UAE experience and strong site experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and site execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track daily progress and prepare reports.
• Ensure projects are completed within the timeline and budget.
• Support project documentation and reporting.
• Identify delays and suggest corrective actions.
• Attend site meetings and provide planning assistance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–3 years UAE construction experience.
• Strong site coordination knowledge.
• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• UAE driving license (if required).
