Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our Project Management team for the construction of high-quality building projects in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) .
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Analyze resource allocation and optimize utilization for timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Support risk management by identifying potential schedule risks and mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 6–12 years in planning and scheduling for building construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) – mandatory.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and resource planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
