We are seeking a Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our Riyadh team. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, supporting the company’s mission of long-term value creation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including baseline development, resource loading, and milestone linkage.

Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, update regularly, identify delays, and support corrective actions to maintain timelines.

Track and control project costs by comparing budgets to actuals, performing variance analysis, and supporting cost forecasting and cashflow projections.

Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to assess schedule and cost performance.

Prepare and present regular progress, cost, and risk reports, highlighting critical issues, delays, and recommended mitigation actions.

Support delay analysis, claims, and extension of time (EOT) assessments as needed.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align on scope, dependencies, and changes, maintaining documentation and governance standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field)

3–5 years of planning and cost control experience in construction or real estate development

Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project
-
Strong Excel skills for scheduling, resource loading, and financial analysis

Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) for schedule and cost performance monitoring, including cost variance analysis and forecasting

Business-fluent English and fluent Arabic

Proven ability to present schedule, progress, and cost updates to senior project leaders

Ability to conduct weekly site visits from the Riyadh office and available to start within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in planning and cost control for residential apartment building projects

Experience supporting delay analysis, claims, and extension of time (EOT) assessments
-
PMP or PRINCE2 certification

AACE certification (CCP and/or PSP)

Primavera P6 certification
