Planning & Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning & Cost Manager with strong experience in infrastructure and landscape projects to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control across our engineering consultancy works.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).

Prepare budgets, cash flows, and cost forecasts.

Track progress, variances, and project performance.

Review contractor claims, VO’s, and commercial submissions.

Produce planning & cost reports for management and clients.

Coordinate with design, supervision, contracts, and finance teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

10+ years of relevant experience, including infrastructure and landscape projects (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Solid understanding of UAE authorities and FIDIC contracts.
