About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in construction project planning and scheduling. The candidate will be responsible for project monitoring, cost control, and ensuring the timely delivery of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools like Primavera/MS Project/ Related Software.
• Prepare and review baseline schedules, cash flow, manpower planning, and resource allocation
• Track project progress against planned timelines and identify delays or risks
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and management for smooth execution
• Support in claims, extension of time (EOT), and contract management documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards

Eligibility:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Post-graduation)
• 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring (construction/real estate/infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project, Excel, and project management tools/Related Software.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
