Planning Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering fit-out projects within the UAE market, with a strong understanding of interior design workflows and sequencing.

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring timely completion and effective coordination with stakeholders.

• Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle, identifying potential risks and delays to propose mitigation plans.

• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment between actual progress and the schedule, maintaining open communication with project managers, designers, and site teams.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out planning, with a focus on hotel, restaurant, villa, and shop interior projects.

• Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, with a strong understanding of fit-out workflows, sequencing, and coordination.

• Familiarity with UAE authority procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Experience working on luxury and high-end fit-out projects, with a focus on attention to detail and quality delivery.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic design reading, allowing for effective collaboration with design teams.
