About the Company: KEA Building Contracting LLC is a fast-growing construction company in the UAE, delivering high-quality Highrise Building, villa, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to join our team and support the timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of projects.

Job Summary:The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure smooth execution of construction projects. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure timely progress.
• Develop baseline programs, resource allocation plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource usage against approved plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Identify delays, risks, and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and company planning requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (mandatory).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience Building Contractingh in UAE construction planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of villa, commercial, and renovation projects.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
