Responsibilities :


  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) for shopping mall projects from design to handover.
  • Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identify potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure alignment of the schedule with project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present look-ahead schedules, resource histograms, and recovery plans as needed.
  • Analyze and incorporate procurement, authority approvals, and long-lead items into the master schedule.
  • Assist in preparing project progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and critical path analyses.
  • Attend and lead planning and progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Evaluate contractor programs and suggest improvements or corrections where required.
  • Ensure alignment of schedule with key shopping mall components such as tenant fit-out programs, MEP coordination, façade, vertical transportation, and finishing phases.
  • Identify risks and contribute to project risk management planning related to time, resources, and sequencing.
  • Support claims analysis, extension of time (EOT) assessments, and forensic schedule reviews.
  • Preparing monthly progress reports in the format agreed & highlight problems, obstacles, shortages and suggest recommendations.
  • Prepare and develop the master schedule for construction projects and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each project.


Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in planning/scheduling, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale commercial or building projects.
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of project controls, construction sequencing, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with shopping mall construction elements such as retail zoning, anchor stores, fit-out coordination, vertical circulation, and façade installation.
  • Knowledge of local authority procedures, permitting timelines, and shopping mall operational requirements is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • PMP or PSP certification (Primavera Certified or equivalent) is highly desirable.
