🔍 What are we looking for?


We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to support the successful execution of our projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by developing comprehensive schedules, monitoring progress, and generating insightful reports.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project , with strong analytical skills and experience in creating dashboards and progress reports. This role requires close coordination with site, engineering, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and overall project efficiency.


🧭 Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust schedules based on site performance and resource availability.
  • Create and update dashboards and visual reports to present progress, KPIs, and project insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Project Progress Reports.
  • Coordinate with site, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather updates and forecast timelines.
  • Identify critical path activities, risks, and delays, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Support the preparation of progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and delay analyses as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company planning standards and project control procedures.


🎓 Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project .
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
