Planning Engineer ( Head Office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Planning Engineer to oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Primavera (P6), project control, and EOT claim preparation, with a strong background in civil engineering and oil & gas projects, particularly within ADNOC environments. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
• At least 2+ years of GCC experience in planning and scheduling.
• Oil and Gas experience preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel is essential.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC/ICA conditions of contract.
• Experience in mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
• ADNOC approval preferred; ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Age below 45 years.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
• At least 3+ years of GCC experience in planning and scheduling.
• Oil and Gas experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel is essential.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in Civil projects with a background in Oil and Gas.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
• ADNOC project experience will be an added advantage.
• Age below 45 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
