Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The role includes managing projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project plans.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Estimate quantities, costs, and materials required for projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and resolve design or construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage project timelines and assist in preparing project schedules.
• Support procurement teams in selecting appropriate materials and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 months in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
