Junior Officer- Logistics (UAE National)

Core Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Assist in organizing international and domestic transportation (sea, air, and road) in compliance with Saipem’s project requirements.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and review essential shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
• Customs Compliance: Liaise with clearing agents to ensure all cargo adheres to local customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain real-time tracking logs for all materials and provide status updates to Project Managers and Procurement teams.
• Inventory Support: Assist with warehouse checks to verify that received materials match the purchase orders and shipping manifests.
