Job Title: Planning and Estimation Engineer (High-Rise Residential Projects)

Location: Vapi / Silvassa, Gujarat

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate industry, Experience in High Rise building preferred

Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering

The position is responsible for project planning, scheduling and tracking of the project on a periodic basis through weekly and monthly progress reports based on inputs from the HOD Engineering.

1. ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ & ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด : Align drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors with schedule baselines and milestones; coordinate with internal departments for execution readiness.

2. ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Share approved schedules with site teams, highlight critical paths, and verify actual progress through site visits and lead/lag analysis.

3. ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด & ๐——๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Monitor daily site activities using master bar charts; track drawing receipts, material requests, and maintain stage-wise tracing reports with revision logs.

4. ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด & ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€: Prepare monthly progress and costing reports; support estimation and cash flow forecasting with accurate data inputs.

5. ๐—ฅ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ธ & ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: Identify and escalate project risks; assist in manpower planning and ensure adequacy to meet project timelines.

6. ๐—•๐—ข๐—ค & ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—˜๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works; develop detailed cost projections and review BBS.

7. ๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ฟ & ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€: Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support procurement negotiations using current market rates.

8. ๐—•๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด & ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด: Monitor project budgets, update forecasts based on scope changes, and maintain inflation-adjusted cost databases.

9. ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜€-๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Collaborate with design, execution, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.

10. ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฅ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ธ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: Identify potential cost variances, maintain historical data, and implement mitigation strategies for financial control.



Candidate Requirements

  • B.E./ M.E. in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation softwares and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • MS Projects/ Farvision experience will be preferred
