Planning Engineer

Job Description :-

• Project Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project schedules for all phases of construction projects using industry-standard planning tools.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight potential delays or risks, proposing necessary adjustments to keep timelines on track.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to effectively allocate resources, ensuring that staff and materials are available as per project demands.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project timelines, milestones, and any changes to the schedule.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks that could impact project timelines and propose mitigation strategies to address these challenges proactively.
• Software Proficiency: MS Project, Auto-CAD, MS Word, MS-Office, MS-Excel

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, such as B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Professional certification in project management or planning software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
