Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, maintain, and own the Level 2/3 Master Schedule for multiple projects, covering all phases from land acquisition, design, permitting, procurement, to construction and handover.
  • Ensure all schedules are fully Resource and Cost-Loaded to enable accurate cash flow forecasting and budget control.
  • Conduct regular Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, S-Curves , and detailed performance dashboards utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
  • Track key regulatory and financial milestones essential for real estate development (e.g., zoning approvals, loan drawdowns).
  • Collaborate with the Development and Commercial teams to incorporate and mitigate risks associated with long-lead procurement items and statutory approvals .
  • Evaluate the time and cost impact of project changes and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  • Interface directly with Project Managers, Design Consultants, and Site Engineers to gather accurate progress data and validate logic.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience as a Planning Engineer or Project Scheduler.
  • Proven experience in real estate development, commercial building, or residential construction projects is highly preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
  • High proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, WBS creation, resource leveling, and variance analysis.
