Job Description
- Develop and prepare design and planning programs aligned with project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Understand project specifications and prepare comprehensive time schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly using Primavera P6.
- Participate in regular progress meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Generate and maintain accurate progress and performance reports.
- Track and record scope changes, trends, and variances that may impact project schedules.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to evaluate project performance.
- Prepare dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- 3–4 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory) & Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
