Minimum of 10 years overall experience, with at least 7 years in the GCC region, specifically in Residential, Villa, or Townhouse developments.
Collaborates closely with the Project Management team, engaging across multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive execution.
Performs comprehensive reviews of contractor baseline schedules. Validates productivity metrics and ensures resource-loaded programs meet all contractual and operational requirements.
Oversees scope management in coordination with the Project Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Conducts routine site inspections to verify actual progress and maintain schedule integrity.
Tracks performance against approved baselines, identifies deviations, and provides timely reporting on project status.
Possesses deep expertise in project controls, with broad understanding of cost management, risk analysis, change control, and specialized proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM).
Participates in weekly progress meetings, validating contractor updates and advising the project team on corrective actions, risk mitigation strategies, and recovery plans through proactive problem-solving.
