Job Title: Planning Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to manage and optimize construction project schedules. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project delivery by developing, monitoring, and updating schedules, while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules across all construction phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progress and adjust schedules.
• Analyze project performance, identify critical paths, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and delay analyses for management and clients.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support resource planning, cost loading, and productivity tracking.
• Provide planning inputs for tenders and proposals.
• Communicate schedule risks and updates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction planning experience (building, infrastructure, or related projects).
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of project management and construction sequences.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Software Knowledge:

• Primavera P6 (preferred)
• MS Project
• MS Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Primavera P6: 3 years (Required)
• Building Construction: 5 years (Required)
