Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Fit-out planning, for internal and external finishes, and the ability to support project teams through effective scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, review, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.

· Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

· Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the approved schedule.

· Analyze delays, variations, and risks, and propose mitigation measures.

· Support project cash flow, resource planning, and material planning in line with construction programs.

· Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.

· Experience in internal and external finishes is mandatory.

· Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

· Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.
