Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules for high-rise building and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Utilize advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create detailed schedules and perform critical path analysis.
• Identify potential risks and delays in the project schedule and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting project status, delays, and potential impacts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling high-rise building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
