PLANNING ENGINEER

WE ARE HIRING – PLANNING ENGINEER

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer
• Strong background in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction projects
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Experience in baseline preparation, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
• Knowledge of cost control, resource loading, and risk analysis
• Ability to prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports
• Strong coordination skills with project teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules
• Analyze project delays and propose mitigation plans
• Ensure alignment of planning activities with project milestones
• Support project management with accurate planning data
