Planning Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer (Civil) for a leading construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in high-rise building projects with reputed main contractors in the UAE or GCC.

The candidate should be well-versed in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor and update project progress regularly.
• Identify critical path activities and potential delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and consultants.
• Support in Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and procurement for planning inputs.
• Assist in resource planning and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of total experience (8–10 years acceptable for strong candidates).
• Minimum 6–8 years experience in UAE or GCC.
• Must have worked on high-rise building projects (towers).
• Must have worked with reputed main contractors.
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential or mixed-use high-rise projects.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and consultant reporting requirements.
• Candidates currently available in UAE preferred.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
