The Role
This opportunity is with a reputable construction company specializing in high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities: -Create baseline programs aligned with contract requirements -Define project milestones, critical paths, and activity sequences -Prepare resource-loaded schedules for manpower, materials, and equipment -Regularly update project progress on a weekly and monthly basis -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports -Generate S-curves, histograms, and productivity reports -Present schedule updates to management and clients -Coordinate with the cost control team for earned value analysis (EVA) -Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineers -Coordinate with procurement for material delivery schedules -Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction timelines
Requirements
Required Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management -3–8 years of experience in construction planning -Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies -Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project -Good understanding of contracts and project management principles
