Responsibilities

Preparation of Project Schedule and Manpower planning.

Progress review, reporting and control.

Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports and submission to customer.

Compilation and submission of Change Orders / Waivers / Concessions.

Review meeting and co-ordination with various project teams for project progress and reporting matters.

Review of subcontractor/ supplier invoices and maintaining Invoice and payment register.

Prepare project reviews, studies and network analysis, progress & performance analysis and further recommend alternatives such as recovery program.

Monitor and control project on weekly basis through the preparation of productivity report on discipline and cost code wise basis.

Developing manpower histograms for the department and projects.

Coordinate between all departments’ personnel such as Department Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and QA/QC.

Liaise regularly with customer and also with suppliers / vendors.

Develop base line construction schedule; and generate management & MIS reports on daily & weekly basis using MS-Project or Primavera.

Conversant with Critical Path Analysis, WBS, Schedule Impact and Delay Analys
Qualification and Experience:
-
A Degree in Any Engineering Field.

Minimum 10 years experience in Project Planning Scheduling and Project Control.

PV Certification shall be an added advantage
Competencies :

Project progress reporting and recovery plan strategies.

Project progress analysis and improvement techniques

Managing planning work on Primavera & MS Project Software.

Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications.

Project Report writing and presentation skills.
