Planning Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferred with professional certificates of project management.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (PrimaveraP6, MS Project)
• Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and establish project milestones and critical path analysis
• Coordinate with project teams to establish realistic timelines and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions
• Prepare schedule reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Monitor and control project budgets and cost estimates based on scope of work and BOQ
• Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project management teams
• Review and approve project expenditures and change orders in coordination with the estimation team
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports including schedule performance, cost analysis, and forecasting
