Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Engineer to support the successful execution of real estate development projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Candidates with a strong academic background from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Pakistan, and relevant experience in construction or real estate planning will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders
Monitor project progress and analyze variances between planned and actual performance
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves
Conduct risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies to avoid delays
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution
Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and cost control
Track procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials
Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to schedules and timelines
Analyze project data to improve planning efficiency and forecasting
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory – preferably from UET)
4–5 years of relevant experience in project planning within the real estate or construction industry
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction processes, and scheduling techniques
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
PMP or equivalent certification will be considered an advantage
