Job Title: Planning Engineer (Civil) – Building Projects

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer (Civil) with experience in building projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with client and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery programs, and progress reports
• Track project progress and identify delays and mitigation plans
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for planning inputs
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Conduct delay analysis and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements
• Support project teams in achieving milestones and deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer
• Civil Engineering background is mandatory
• Proven experience in building construction projects
• Consultancy experience is required
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred:

• Candidates currently based in the UAE
• Immediate or short notice joiners
