About The Role
Land Sterling is currently seeking experienced and qualified Planning Engineer to join our professional team in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputed consultancy firm engaged in high-profile projects across the region
Key Responsibilities

Review project drawings, BOQs, and contract documents; coordinate with project teams.

Develop and maintain schedules, baseline programmes, and cost-loaded/cash flow plans.

Identify milestones, construction sequences, critical paths, and plan resources.

Monitor progress, prepare reports, and track procurement, approvals, and submissions.

Identify delays, risks, variations; propose recovery plans and support EOT analysis.

Update schedules for changes and manage all planning-related activities.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 3–5 years of planning and scheduling experience.

Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and construction sequencing with strong critical path knowledge.

Skilled in preparing baseline programmes, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules using Excel and reporting tools.

Experienced in delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.

Strong communication and coordination skills with project teams.

Experience in building, fit-out, and infrastructure projects.
