Planning Engineer
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline and updates).
- Monitor project progress and identify delays or deviations from the plan.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Prepare progress reports, lookahead plans, and schedule updates.
- Support resource planning and allocation in line with project timelines.
- Analyze critical paths and propose mitigation or recovery plans.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely achievement. Assist in cost and time impact analysis related to changes and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
- Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling principles.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
